Without converting to euros, a house in Portugal was sold for Z bitcoins.

On May 5, a property in Braga, Portugal, was sold for bitcoins (BTC) without any conversion to euros. The apartment was bought for three bitcoins, which is roughly 110 thousand euros.

Until last month, buying real estate with cryptocurrency necessitated converting cryptocurrencies to euros. However, the Portuguese Order of Notaries has now adopted specific criteria for real estate transactions involving only digital assets.
