Mouthsore or Peptic Ulcer, which is called "Majata" in Yoruba language.

This is a condition that causes painful swelling and sores inside the mouth. I have been experiencing this for some days now and disallowing me to eat my meal comfortably. It causes pain at the upper side of my tongue, which already has a burn in there.

Some suggested I eat spicy meal, which I also believed could cure it as it isn't my first time experiencing it. But it caused me much pain, and I would have to endure it. Searching on Google now, I was told to avoid spicy food, which is impossible for me 😃
But I was told to drink lots of water and green tea, and I think I would be trying the green tea later today. Though, I'm not feeling much pain as it is relieving me little by little. I hope to be healed soon.
