We are still in quarantine, where we have had free time, but what have you done during this time? have you spent more time procrastinating longer than before quarantine? time passes and our lives are lost in time between social networks without looking for any activated but leaving it for later, this is because? In order to procrastinate, this need arises when we have something important to do but we decide to do something else, something that is easier and requires less effort, this because we do not have the will power to decide what we want to do with our times, we are in a position on autopilot.

When we proscate we choose an easy path with a short-term benefit, instead of making a greater and long-term benefit, this is because our brain is adapted to receive easy and short-term rewards, instead of the long-term ones with greater demand. of time, to abandon laziness we must have a good Motivation that encourages our brain to wake up and be active.

Eliminate distractions powerful

This is such a deep problem in our society we often use, technology is a tool that we use without understanding the consequences, when you are going to carry out any activity that takes time, it has not happened to you that before starting you take your phone you check the networks social, you say I'll watch a moment and then I do the activity, but your brain entertains itself which makes you forget your important activity and the hours go by wasting time, or I watch my favorite series then I do the homework. It is for them that when starting any activity we must remove any distraction that could cause us to start procrastinating our activity.

But if it does not happen to you at some point, I advise you to first take ten deep breaths, then identify why you do not want to continue doing that activity, what is the problem? then make an effort to go back and finish the task.

Choose your moments of rest

Make a schedule that helps you control your impulse or drift, in which it is in a timed way how much time you are going to spend in said activity, how long you will have your rest, this will help you to maintain a little more shape activates your brain that must complete this activity. Try to find another activity that does not take you away from your objective, example in that time of rest in looking to go to your social networks, look for a way to continue growing, you can read a book, look for a video that helps you improve in your activity.

Avoid doing multiple tasks

These are one of the reasons that sometimes we fall into procrastination, in which we have many accumulated tasks, we do not know where to start, or sometimes we are doing one and ending up doing another, making us never finish activities, which makes our body and mind runs out, we prefer better to leave the activities for later. Concentrate on a single activity and your efforts, where you can complete the activity completely, you can place it on a list between the one that demands the greatest importance and the least important, so it will be easier for you to choose which activity to start first.

Don't compare yourself

Sometimes in life we fall into the great mistake of comparisons where a friend or a relative does better than you, but you only see the exterior that is what he has, but you do not see all the effort that he had to put to obtain the success. Each person can be successful, you only have to set goals that you are passionate about and like, so that you put laziness aside and can find your success.
