It will be interesting to see how the US government can regulate it. I feel like regardless of their attempts, they won't really be able to have a massive impact on Russia's mining of BTC. Do u think any regulations from the US would work?

I don't think the U.S. can actually impact Russia's Bitcoin mining directly but they can make it extremely hard for Russia to get the required equipment.
