Sure, it is anytime withdrawable and your user name is already your wallet. Just go to "wallet" and check the balance of the tokens.
Where can I withdraw this?

Author rewards for posting (and commenting) can be claimed to your wallet only after 7 days. So nothing there yet to withdraw. Your LEOs you can exchange e.g. on Leodex.io into Swap.hive, withdraw from there to your Hive account (same keys) and transfer from there to an exchange, or simply change your LEOs to WLEO and swap them to ETH. But the best is to stake them to increase your vote value for curation rewards (when you upvote other´s content, you get rewards as well).
