My Crypto Journey (PART 1 - StakeCubeCoin)

in LeoFinance5 years ago

Hello everyone! This is my first post on LEO after I heard about this platform on publish0x. I've been in crypto for around 2 years, having an on/off relationship with it until the pandemic happened. :)

With Universities closing and attending online classes instead, there's really nothing I could do with my time. Good thing I just received my salary from my part-time job at the time and thought, "why not go back to crypto? let's see what's new and what's promising" and that's what I did. I bought BTC using my debit card and had a really hard debate whether to HODL BTC or to split it up into different altcoins. After a long time of consideration I split it up into some altcoins. In this writeup, I will focus more on StakeCubeCoin (SCC)

What is StakeCube?

According to its website:
"StakeCube is the predominant crypto ecosystem originally launched in June 2018 as PoS Pool and has since grown to service over 50,000 Users and supporting 55+ different crypto assets with unique features across 10+ apps, like an integrated Exchange, masternode hosting, on-board crypto mining and a powerful compounding interest system."

So you can see it's pretty interesting that it's an all in one ecosystem. You can host masternodes, participate in shared masternodes, stake your coins, accrue interest on non-POS coins, buy and sell coins, as well as participate in their MineCube feature. They partnered up with Meatec, which is a well known mining provider and they offer their mining services on StakeCube in mining BTC and DASH. For me, it is a really good idea to include DASH mining as well since DASH is the pioneer and the leading crypto for masternode coins.

My Holdings

Right now, I participate in shared masternodes, with shares in ESBC worth 200 ESBC, PHORE worth 20 PHR, and COLX worth 10,000 COLX. I also bought credits using my SCC to participate into their BTC mining feature running on 200 GH/s. I know my capital should be a bit bigger than this but..

Apologies if it feels like it is severely lacking. As mentioned, it is my first writeup and I am happy to take any feedback on how to become better, in a constructive manner of course! You can learn more about StakeCube here. Have a nice day and let me know what you think in the comments!
