I got whiteslisted into an NFT social media platform called KlubX, which made me feel special because while applying for the whitelist I didn’t think they would pick me. To get access to the app, you need a KlubX NFT card to access the app, I was airdropped the NFT and that gave me access to the platform. It looks good and the UI/UX experience seems great. Its like twitter but you can see everyone’s wallet address and see their NFTs.
You can see how all their NFTs as long as its on the ethereum blockchain, but you can’t see all of them if you dont have the NFT in the NFT collection their NFTsnis in. For instance if a user has a bored ape and you want to see the bored ape, you have to have a bored ape to be allowed to view the users bored ape. Dont know why its like that though. You can send a message to people, like their post and comment. You can also make a post and chat with people.
This is not the first NFT social media platform I have joined, I have joined about 2 or three, lost count, I don’t know what their end goal is but I am here for it. DTTD is another NFT social media platform that rewards you for performing certain tasks on the platform with its token. Rumor has it that the token will be redeemable when it launches. That got my attention and made want to visit the app everyday, aside the rewards, I don’t actually have any interest visiting there, because there are lots of other Web 3.0 platforms with better utilities, for instance Hive.
But I have to visit the KlubX platform everyday because, these days, we don’t know what the criteria for airdrops will be. I love thé klubx, as a matter of fact, I feel if I have more business to do with the platform I will be more available and consistent there. I hope I make more friends there, as I am chatting with some other white listed members. For now, all of us are just exploring the platform. I believe it will be more cooler if they make it a market place, because aside that, its just not really exciting to me, because we have enough social media platforms and now creating a social media platform but just gives you access to view people’s NFTs and chat with them doesn’t seem revolutionary to me. This is just their beta state, may be they are going to create better utilities for it.
