I don't use that method, too artificial for me. I genuinely think that we need to talk about what we know and like. The quality will be better in the long run. And similar affinity people will gravitate towards you in a more organic manner.
This said I'm not a professional of copywriting, just use INLEO to write my musings and comments, read and learn a lot ^_^
