Is literally the opposite, Bitcoin is eating the USD Legacy system from inside. I recommend you to listen some Michael Saylor interviews, he has a knack for explaining very well, from the perspective of a Billionaire, Engineer and business owner.

Well, USD legacy system is using BTC as investment vehycle, I don't see how that help Bitcoin to replace dollar as financial system but I supose that we will see how all end in the future.
Per definition, a new monetary system needs to predate on the legacy one. We can't start pricing a new asset in something that we don't use already ;-)
