I have been tempted to sell my house in the UK - the current prices are nuts, but it's in one of those areas where the prices are increasing, and i like my house!
Passive-ish is what you want!

I've moved out so mine was only sitting there and i have been offered a good price so it made sense to sell right now.
It also gives me a great chance to switch my life path which has been on the cards for a while.
I like passive and then being able to keep adding to the pile is even better. Splinterlands is great right now and hope it continues.
