I've had slow internet for a week, getting half the speeds I'm paying for(hardwired, don't worry I know a thing or two about networking, just ask @privex).
I asked for a credit, and instead of telling me if it'll be automated or manual, they wanna sell me phones. A worse phone too. And one I don't need.
Like WTF Xfinity. The internet provider monopoly is terrible and we really need more and better providers. I wish I had Sonic or Ziply here, but they are out in the west coast only.
Really wish ATT fiber would come to my area. They provide service about a block away, but not here. And "nominating" an address with them does jack shit.
Wish I had the funds to start up my own residential ISP. Ryamer home internet here we come. @sn0n will finally be happy.
