Welp, I inadvertantly discovered INLEO doesn't like to display images with a .JPEG (specifically capitalized) file extension. Changing to .jpeg (lowercase) fixes it. Kinda weirdly specific issue. #feedback
ohhh so that is the reason? Send it as a #feedback on a main thread so they can know about it.
