... it would be very nice to hear whether or not these BNB rewards are going to be retroactive to when we first created our CUB Kingdom positions. I was under the impression this was begin immediately. Only afterward, did I hear that this incentive was not active.

I believe this was mentioned either in TG, Discord or in a Comment somewhere (or likely all 3) - the current BNB rewards are being sent to CUB buyback and burns and will not be retroactive.
Once we deploy the mechanism (after all Kingdoms are live), BNB rewards to CUB Kingdom stakers will begin.
