I'll drop this very plain and simple. I am into the process of studying in Nigeria institution. But I have never for once dreamed of making use of the certificate when I graduate. It may come in handy anyway and I will put in a hell lot of work in school to get a better grade after my graduation but I have seen so far that in Nigeria, to survive, you need a back up plan.
And that is a more reason I decided to venture into something that the games of the country will have little or no effect on, which is online activities. So I see the clear picture of what you are painting in your post. But the truth is, there is a lot bigger fault where the citizens themselves lies🥂
