However the most painful part is that they hardly keep this money in the system rather they bounce it around bank accounts in the world, from Canada to Switzerland, enriching other countries and depleting their own state at the detriment of the masses.
Sad but very true. The times at which these things had happened can't be counted. And you are correct that the system of government isn't really the problem. There will always be embezzlement in a state weather it is being recorded or not. But the establishment of what will generate jobs is always no where to be found.
Exactly man there will always be stances of embezzlement in the state and systems of government will never help us. Truth is A total overhaul of the whole personnel is the only thing that can do it.
