Hello Everyone! Hope y'all are doing amazing. Today, I'm going to be talking about How I turn my free time into value on Hive.
Many people in the World spend most of their time on social media, mindlessly and endlessly scrolling through it. They watch memes, shorts, reels and videos or just random posts that they forget about after some period of time. Well, I used to do the same, opening Instagram or YouTube, and scrolling endlessly. And, before I knew it, hours would have passed and my time was wasted into something non-productive at all.
However, things changed after I found out about Hive. Now, even if I get a little bit of free time, I start writing and turn that free time into something productive. Before, I used to scroll through social media, now I spend that time writing and sharing on Hive. Hive has taught me the real value of time. On other Social Media platforms, time just gets wasted and goes by really fast. But on Hive that time is turned into something far more valuable and beneficial. Whenever I start writing, I feel a sense of accomplishment. I remember that before Hive I was spending this time into something which was totally non-productive. Now, whenever I get free time, I don't think that "What should I watch" instead I think "What should I write about today". That's a big change in mentality and it's a really good habit that hive builds into you.
I view Hive like working out at the gym. You go to the gym daily and workout. After some time, you start seeing results. Hive is just like this. You write and engage daily and after sometime you start seeing results. Your creativity starts to improve, you can think better, your brain gets healthy and it also affects your discipline and psychological aspects of your life in a good way. One more good thing about Hive is that, you don't really need to be a professional writer. You just have to show up daily and write daily. Overtime, you will see improvement naturally.
Turning Creativity into Value
When I think about, you turn your creativity into real life value. You don't need big investments or expensive tools, you only need your creativity, thoughts, ideas, time and consistency. It's really amazing that you can turn something like writing a post or sharing a photo into something that can earn value. That's what makes hive really special. I know people that has turned into big creators on Hive, just because they stayed consistent.
Hive is not like other social media platforms, where you have to be a celebrity. What actually matters on Hive is your effort and your consistency. When you spend some time on Hive, when you start engaging and posting, your hive power grows, your audience grows and your confidence grows with it.
Conclusion
In Conclusion, turning your free time into something productive is a really smart thing to do. Hive makes this easy in a rewarding way. Whatever you do, whether you are gaming, gardening, working out or just sharing your thoughts, you're benefitting from it on Hive. You are building something. As I've mentioned before that Hive has taught me the real value of time. If I spend it wisely, it will definitely pay me back, not only just in HBD or HP, but in growth and self-improvement which are really important on the long run.
So I suggest that next time if you have free time, don't waste it. Instead, open Hive and share something. Anything. Even if it's about gaming or reading or working out. On hive, everything you share or do matters, and that's the beauty of it.
