This happened to me before, and I was stuck with it for some time before I realised that I was missing important information to make my post. The most likely reason that you are unable to post your post is because you either have not provided any tags to your post or you have not put in a title. Look if you have done either of these things and if not, then add them and you can then post your article. If you do have them, send me a message and I will see what I can do.
