Great post, @mercadomaestro! And for anyone not yet aware of these facts, a wake-up call.
In the real world, use cash as much as possible. Do not feed the beast (the traditional elements of the financial system, i.e. banks, VISA, MasterCard, PayPal etc) but make it as difficult as possible for them to implement their agenda.
