Totally agree, if you have done 100 comments last week, it should be 120 this week. The only problem is we should have the data available to us that how many comments we have done in that way it is easier to track that.

It is enough to protect your own rank, I think it is very difficult to do more. I think those other than the top 5 should increase their performance by 20%, it's not that hard.
