Yes, 8 years of sideways action is not good for investors, but it does show as you said, stability.
If we think that Ethereum is here for the VERY long term (at least the next 50 years) then 8 years of financial stability, but huge network growth (more and better projects being built)....
Then yes 8 years of sideways action can definitely be seen as a good thing.

You're spot on โ if ETH is truly a 50+ year play (global settlement layer,DeFi backbone, L2 empires, staking yields compounding), then 8 years of price stability while the network quietly becomes infrastructure for trillions in value is actually bullish as hell.
Bitcoin took 18 years to moon from nothing to "digital gold". ETH is only 11 years in and already powers most of DeFi/NFTs/Web3. Sideways action during that growth phase?that's not stagnation โ that's maturity building underneath the hood.
Diamond hands test for sure ๐๐ โ boring price = strong fundamentals for the patient. Flippening might take longer than we hoped, but if BTC hits 20 years old still king...ETH at 20 could be something insane.

Been involved since before the sacrifice and was staking HEX on Ethereum.
Literally woke up 1.5 hours after PulseChain launched and jumped straight on!
Since then I've built a website (also) named Hive (haiv3.com).
It teaches about Blockchain & crypto, from a DeFi perspective, with a heavy lean towards PulseChain.
Will probably start to incorporate some Hive .io information into it soon.
