RE: Content safe at home, rewards evicted

A lot of people seem to think removal of rewards is taking away freedom of speech

Are posts that are downvoted "enough" collapsed or is it just ones that are muted out of communities or user has rep below a certain number? I know on OCA there have been people complaining of "censorship" because when we mute posts out of the community they get uglified on the user's blog as well (which is a great way to handle it from a code perspective but terrible ux).

If they're not I guess it is still easy enough to conflate as they probably feel like they're being "punished" for whatever they're writing?

Sort:

I think Hive.blog still collapses them, but many frontends don't do anything with them.

The people that complain the most are those who do so with glee. There are quite a few who aim for downvotes, just so that they can complain about getting downvotes - it is pretty pathetic.
