It's sad to hear about the passing of dear friend Ken Dryden, the legendary Montreal Canadiens goalie, at 78. As a teenager, witnessing Ken lead the Habs to six Stanley Cups while obtaining a law degree was thrilling. Years later, I was surprised when he reached out for advice on a documentary about learning. We kept in touch about neuroscience, education, and concussions in hockey. He was an incredibly curious, intelligent, conscientious, and decent man—and an outstanding goalie.
