Yesterday, I was privileged to learn the important lessons about Real Estate and Property Management Business. My view on this sectors, once limited became widened and educated with its huge potential and advantages.
Needs For Housing and Shelter
Housing and shelter is very important to humans. It is the basic needs for every aspect of their lives to protect, survive and grow. Without it of various forms, humanity will suffer and become limited for development and prosperity. Homelessness is really a menace to humans and attributed to poverty.
Housing stocks keep declining even as the human population and housing needs increased rapidly. The priority to build more homes, offices and other edifices are dreams of few people and governments of many lands are distracted by many other needs of their people. A serious thought on this aspect should be considered for more structures for human consumption and needs.
The quality of life and security are attached to their housing system and environmental conditions. Many diseases outbreaks and breeding of pathogens comes from dirty and unkempt environments but good and care on the land, grass and other natural factors will promote lives. Having a serene and healthy environment like good and cared lawn, park, quiet water bodies, paved roads, necessary amenities etc will add a good touch on the inhabitants and liveable.
The Potential Of Real Estate And Importance
Investment on real estate and properties is very profitable and encouraging. Many people have owe their financial breakthrough from it and sustain their families for many years. Although it's capital intensive, but it's long term benefits and importance spans for many years and future.
As a retirement plan, Real estate have been a blessing. Recently, Israel Adesanya, Nigerian - Zealand Mixed Martial arts warrior and champion acquired and build many homes in his self named estate. His father during the house warming party rightly discuss the importance and potential of such investment when he asked that his son can't be fighting and winning at all times so having an estates with homes will be a secured height for their families financially and otherwise.
Having an estate and lands is very beneficial and wonderful investment with huge appreciation rate. The cost of the property keeps skyrocketing annually and appreciate highly when further developments like good roads and other amenities are experienced on the region. Reselling and buying more can be a huge money making venture for many people. Recently Brazilian football legend, Adriano sold his house and moved out with huge profits. This is real and possible means of enriching ourselves financially because this sectors deals on assets, very profitable and durable than luxuries that fade away.
Housing have multiple uses creating a financial potential and returns. Many investors have their homes leased and rented by many tenants on agreeable basis for rents. Igbos, My tribe in Nigeria known for hardworks and business acumen. Majority of us lives outside our native lands of south eastern part of the country for our business and venture. One of the things that secured and establish us in our foreign abode is acquiring our house and lands in that foreign lands. Reason is simple. Those properties become our friends, uncles and relatives as they provide us with homes and income when we leased or sell them. We struggle so hard to have them and enjoy its blessings for our generations in those areas.
Having land properties with serene and Wonders like water bodies, trees, hills etc can be a huge financial venture and boost for us financially. Hospitality industry thrives favorably with such properties. Many wealthy families having such venture and makes millions of dollars annually. Trump Towers and other resort sectors are good examples. They are owned and operated as an business venture by the former US President, Donald Trump and his families. It have been part of their chain of business for years and generations. He is one, if not the richest person to be president of their country due to this wonderful sector.
Finally
Real estate is a huge sector with great opportunities for financial growth and stability. It's open for everyone and the huge housing needs makes it more sustainable and efficient venture. Investors gained meaningfully and for years on this sector and it's encouraging for environmental development and care.
