Introduction

During My last Job Interview, I nearly fell down because of how stressful, I was. My body was shaking and nervous despite how much ready and prepared, I was. My heart was racing faster, blood pressure was high and my muscles being tensed due to that occasion. I'm in high alert to discharge all the points, I'm loaded with but when the event is over, I became calmed and began to ask myself and others, how well I thrived.

Truly, everyone had their unique ways of reacting to stressful conditions. Even some of these stressful episodes can be beneficial because the body is primed for action and the results might turned out very excellent. But prolong, extreme or chronic stress can be very harmful. People that's usually at such high alert often break down and suffer physically, emotionally and mentally. They become rudely and treat others badly. Some people even resort to hard drugs and other substance abuse as a means of escape. Many bad results can happens.

To be free from stress successfully, there are helpful tips which are very practical and effective. One have to consider one's physical health, emotional, goals and priorities in life. These are important areas where the tips, we will discuss.

One will be satisfied and happy with good health whenever one is free from stress and manage it better. Let's talk about some tips.

Know What Stresses You.

There are many factors that can stress us and Ways, we react to them varies a lot. But understanding those factors and note our responses will be helpful. For example, many people chose to walk away during heated argument and became calm afterwards. With this approach, one will note one's feelings, behavior and better way to deal with them next time.

Whenever we engaged with others, let's not be quick to assume bad motives. For example, one of my neighbors usually share meals with others. Most times, she did not offer my a plate. Understanding that she might have her reason and never assuming that she had bad motive, makes me not to be upset and stressed. Later, on her own, she explains herself and I understand the situation better which is good reason for not being annoyed.

Try our best to see the positive aspects of a situation, will be helpful. For example, one of our friends had case with our school. He abruptly stopped and started again for new admission. Rather than being depressed and unhappy, he became busy with his work and able to save huge money for his schooling. When he got the new admission, he was very comfortable and happy.

Make Good Use Of Your Time

Planning is very important because it guides one's activities and very productive. With good schedules, everything goes accordingly. Although it usually hard to stick to such plans and other factors might be the reason, Making a reasonable goals and objectives on how to achieve them.

Arrangements of affairs and order in life should be one of the paramount ways on how to be successful. Never one to procrastinated, it is one of the causes of stressful and disorder. Get things in order and heed to helpful words from other. To be able to arrange oneself and manage the situation better, try to mapped it and follow them.

Develop a proper And Balanced lifestyle.

Working hard every time deprive themselves of some special events. They might not be comfortable or having sleep debts. They usually have reduced or no energy to enjoy the fruitage of being a successful but always busy worker or entrepreneur. To be safe, it's better to have a proper view on money and working environment. Truly, working at all-time makes one very stressful and more money does not make one happy too. Better to learn to live within one's means of life.

Have a enough time to sleep. Sleep helps to relieve oneself from stress. It improves one's health and well-being. Time for more passive recreation like card games, watching TV and news will never be equipped with sleeping and relaxation. To have a proper rest, keep technology away. Sending and replying on social media platforms, e-mail checking can also be stressful and aggravate the situation. Have a great plan for work and body support will be relevant.

Truly, the modern life is full of stress but we can manage it effectively whenever we try our best to eliminate those factors that can stress us and Ways to reduce its effects. Best way of doing this is by becoming more productive and good use of our time. Having more important works and balanced schedule will keep one focused and make good use of one's time for good results.
