With banking access in two countries, it may become possible to buy bitcoin in the UK. Transfer btc to south africa. Resell at a higher price on african exchanges. Move funds back to the UK to buy more btc & repeat process. Aka arbitrage trading. Used to be common and unregulated back in bitcoin's golden age. Not certain how it is now.
