I saw a news headline that read something like: "diamond prices hit rock bottom, lowest prices in 100 years". It seems as if even the african blood diamond industry is taking a big hit. Many businesses are likely failing, this is a time to buy up their assets at pennies on the dollar. Terrible and tragic to have so much failure and dysfunctionality but that's just how things go, unfortunately.
