Yesterday the awaited Hermez wallet launched in Ethreum mainnet. The dapp provides a scalable payment and universal settlement layer for moving token-based digital currencies. It is based on ZK-Rollups which have the potential to increase the Ethereum network’s maximum tps by two orders of magnitude, making it comparable to the Visa network’s average.
Hermez is a great solution for payment providers to do massive transfers paying low fees. I have tested the app in the rinkeby test network and it works quite smoothly.
