Ok, finally someone has mentioned this. I thought I was alone not putting out "goals" and my monthly "earnings" etc. That stuff is personal anyway...? It is however great when others put out performance metrics of Hive or Leo members. This is however different and nice to have come through.
I agree with the idea of doing the work and letting that speak for itself over time. In my opinion, goals are personal, although I must admit I like to see how others are thinking in regard to their goals but in all honesty it really has zero bearing in your own journey, perhaps only for motivation.

Making goals public is a great way to aid one in the "commitment". How much weight it truly carries is questionable; I guess that depends upon how much one is willing to consistently bring it up to his or her followers.
Either way, by going about focusing upon activity, we can see how results emerge. People want to set goals on stuff they do not control which makes little sense.
