I would go as far as to say that we have to learn to increase our capacity in terms of "productivity time". Sleep is essential. However, I remember having to increase my abilities due to the demands of my career and responsibilities. There was a period of a few years where I worked every working day from 8 a.m. to 1 a.m., or sometimes even later. If you told me I would be able to do that prior to actually doing it, I would have laughed at you. It's amazing what we can do when we have no option but to do it.
