I already know that the lower your Voting Mana is, the lower your vote is worth at any given Voting Power. 😅
My question is about why I often notice that my Voting Mana does not get reduced by exactly 2% a few seconds after voting, despite upvoting using 100% of my Voting Power. 😅😅
