In my experience, more than 90% of the users I tagged actually like to get tagged, and the worst that happened was that I was told not to tag them (or talk to them) anymore.

So far, I did some name tagging in my previous posts and I haven't received yet any complain. Maybe, I am just being too cautious. Thanks for that info though.
In general, you may tag users who are relevant to your posts or comments (unless they explicitly tell you not to tag them anymore).

Not sure if you also noticed last night the price spike of !PIZZA. When I was about to sleep, I was surprised to see my $0.70 worth of PIZZA spike to $5.00 plus. When I checked the chart, I saw a tall green candle, but the volume is small.
I normally don't check the prices of Hive tokens, since the sudden changes in HIVE and HBD can already be surprising enough.
