I don't think that there will be a Hive dapp that will automatically claim Account Creation Tokens for you, since claiming ACTs currently requires your private Active Key, which is risky to provide to third-party dApps. 🤔

A safe way (in general) to automatically claim ACTs is to install an open-source bot on your own computer that checks if you have enough Resource Credits to claim an ACT (and is better if you can configure it to claim only when the Resource Credit requirement is below a specified threshold). 🤓 !LUV
