Because !LOLZ is not always happy. It needs a !HUG.
I just found out that the !LOLZ bot uses the Eastern Standard Time as its time zone to refresh the daily tipping count of every LOLZ holder. 🤔 In the Philippines, the daily LOLZ tipping count refreshes at 1 in the afternoon, which is during office hours. 😅
