Yeah, the long tail trends will definitely impact the way real estate is needed and used. I'm kinda glad I have stuff that it out of the city center and small multifamily as I feel that initial void of needing to be near the city will benefit me and by the time the next trend comes I'll likely be in the dirt lol.
