HBD RATE worries
This is why I haven't yolo'd into HBD. Don't get me wrong, 12% would still be great but I can get that in my real estate without risk of a HBD depeg (yes I know USD is worthless, but you get my point).

Real Estate is only reason I can pay my bills. Crypto, yes my portfolio is up a little but it wouldn't been if I had been taking income each month. Hive tokens are my kryponite lol.
