xPolyCub may be the better move, but Damn that Polycub-USDC Yield is Tasty!!!

in LeoFinance2 years ago

After a week or so of Polycub action the overall theme has become that staking pCUB as xPolyCub is the best place for your money.

This indeed was the move for week 1 and likely still is for the time being, but....

Look How Tasty That pCub-USDC Farm Yield Is!

Longer vision...

When I ape into a project I still do it conservatively. So like anything else when polycub launched I built out a well rounded portfolio.

Was this the best move right off the bat? Maybe not, but it still produced hefty yields and helped provide liquidity to the platform.

Farms and Pools

My investment is spread amongst 2 farms, 2 kingoms and xPolycub.

The yield on pCub-USDC is crushing all the other options at the moment!!!

Today I added 15% more size to my LP in this pool. 2,000% is just too good to pass up, regardless of xPolycub (plus I already am content with my xPoly holdings, though more is always better)

Adding to this pool now is good as pCUB price is down so as it goes up my overall balance invested vs current pool value will work toward even faster as well.

I'm good at diversifying anyway, so mind as well play to my strength than try to chase one pool or coin.

Sort:

Stablecoins farms are the honey of DeFi projects and the APY% is pretty sweet. Now is the time to accumulate as later on the supply will get scarce and only the price can fight by rising up to make this entire ecosystem thrive!

Was actully looking at this one today and thinking about moving some funds into it. I don't really worry much about losing in those pools as once I put it in there it pretty much just stays forever. I'm curious though what will happen after a month and a half or two months when the printing of new Polycub pretty much dries up.

Going to be a battle for polycub!

I really should have pumped funds into the pCUB-USDC farm instead of the pCUB-WETH farm. Maybe I would only be down 25% and not 55% lol

Easily the most underrated pool on Polycub. Even with penalties you would get 1k% APY but xPolyCub is printing a lot more atm, that's why people prefer it.

Yeah that yield is way too attractive. I've been searching around the exchanges for any left over crypto scraps that I may have to send over to stake. I want more PolyCub damn it.

does investing in the stable coin pool help eliminate impermanent loss?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

stable coin pool, you mean usdt/usdc/dai, yes it eliminates impermanent loss. whenever youre pairing against a volatile asset or pairing two volatile assets together, expect to have impermanent loss.

The yield on pCub-USDC is crushing all the other options at the moment!!!

I realized the sweetness in this too and made the move on day 2, loved it so far, I even wrote about it

Great pointer @scaredycatguide. Coupling PolyCUB with a stablecoin makes sense right now. Thanks a ton for the tip! I will try to put something into it. With PolyCUB, I want to try farms as well. Always been a kingdom fan but let's diverse a bit now.

On sushiswap. You will need to add the token address.

It's a polygon based coin.

Thanx a lot
I've put some on xpolycub section
But since then...
Polycub market price is going down & down
& despite having more polycub to withdraw, my asset value is going to be the same as the first day(March 19th)
Is this could be a concern?
sorry 4 my chip Qs & poor Eng

I got myself into this farm as well as xPolycub, I thought the same thing you did
