I wasn't sure what I was about to read when I picked up this book. It's one of those books that takes a look at a concept and breaks it down into different parts of ourselves that could be described as irrational through a series of experiments. Dan Ariely ties it together with experiences in his life from having severe burns. I didn't find the examples to delve as far into irrationality as I expected. Most of the points are interesting, but I would have enjoyed more that caused me to think deeply. The video gives an overview of some of the main experimental results and further thoughts I have for each chapter.
Have a good day,
