You sound both busy and happy, and that's good! It's raspberry season here, too, and I've been picking quite a few in my own garden. Also a few blueberries. I once told my brother that at the rate my little bushes are growing and producing, they should pay for themselves in about 80 years Ha ha

I wonder if the Montana loons sound like the Minnesota loons? That's a sound I've missed since we left Minnesota.

If you weren't baking goodies, I'd think something was wrong with you. I wonder if the ranch owner knew they were in for that fringe benefit of having you there?

Ooh, I am so glad you are getting some berries, even if they are going to take an entire lifetime to actually pay for themselves, lol!

The Montana loons and Minnesota loons are the same species according to the web, with just some habitat induced adaptations. I love the sounds they make. And the two babies are just the cutest little puffballs!

I've been told the fringe benefit is most delightful and now required lol!
