I've decided to 100% power up for the rest of the year. I've been 50/50 ing it the whole time but I think the future here lies in the evolution of the hivers that stay in the game. I've recruited about 9 people so far into the hive and imagine in a few years if they all stay in the game and have accumulated some decent power then the influence that naturally brings. Number one keep it fun so you keep posting, number 2 think long game its no get rich quick scheme and number 3 make and keep solid legit connections and that way you all evolve and grow together. I've found you and your bro quite inspirational and it's given me pause for thought about how i see my place in the whole hive ecosystem. Stay, grow, thrive.

For sure. :)
It is also part of the growing together factor. It matters. I hope that over the last 4 years or so I have helped in some way, many of the people who have helped me. It is a community after all, but one can't be everywhere so has to try to make a difference at the "local" level.
I have recruited quite a lot of people over the years (not many lately) but my bro is by far the most successful - also the most consistent. There was one I had here about 3 years ago who I was able to get consistent support from STEM for, and he squandered it - took it for granted.
Most people do not have the consistency to even shitpost daily - let alone offer something of quality.
My latest recruit is my best mate from back home @xwidep. Finally posted yesterday despite being trmendously busy at the Museums and galleries. I'm expecting some good content from that direction. I have a feeling he'll find a way to make it a living breathing part of what he naturally does. He has a knack for that.
