Seems like both. I'm fine with is decision but the timing is a dick move, and most importantly I think we need to acknowledge that we aren't as decentralized as we think, and put our heads together to figure out how to encourage more whales who can counteract and balance decisions, and how to discourage whales from acting against the wishes of the community at large
