lol that didn’t matter to us, he had to leave. He couldn’t afford it anymore. $80 a month to $800 a month. The landlords robbed us all because of the hype among tourists from nearby cities
even double rent I would forgive them because demand was high. But 10x is extortion! No businesses made money for 10 years. They just tricked people from other cities into renting promising riche from the growing economy, but no one could keep up with the rent and so all the interesting people left the city
