Egusi is the first food I ate with my hand (besides sandwiches and other foods people use their hands for in the US), it was good!

Oh, really? That's great.
Did you try other African foods?
My faaaaawvorite is Ethiopian but I know absolutely no one in Ethiopia. The food is fantastic though, next level, at least overseas it’s really good. I tried Nigerian style tilapia, jollof and some Senegalese food. And dodo!!
Ah, you've really enjoyed different delicacies 😂
How was the tilapia, peppersoup or grilled?
It was in a red kind of sauce, tomato? chili? a mix of both? I will share a pic next time I go there
It's grilled then.
Looking forward to seeing it then.
Ah also Ugandan groundnut sauace, not really my style
Okay, I've heard that before but haven't tried it.
