It's not a priority. Having money is the priority. The less transparent, the easier it is to do really anything with funds. Who's going to question you when the assets are private?

Yes that's true, just like our tax system... not many are asking what's really being done with that money, would be great to get something like an itemized bill!!!
I guess the same goes for a lot of these project, like you said. Makes sense.
