Funny thing about exercise you don't feel like doing it ever but once you get started and keep doing it you feel a heck of a lot better and kind of look forward to it.

Nothing that's truly worth doing is easy. Exercise is certainly not easy, but in the long run you'll end up feeling much stronger and better, both physically and mentally! It's worth the grind. Just don't overdo it - start slowly.
