Would make sense to me. Marketing and advertising needs to be targeted. In the instance of CUB Finance, I would aggregate data concerning investors in the DeFi space and then target the same.

Yup, there would also be alot of data on what country and what times people are on too. Knowing what country is the majority would help setting the price of things I rekon
