RE: Why Steemit Has More Exposure Compared to Hive

in LeoFinance2 months ago

You do know that Hive is a hardfork from Steem, right?

So, Steem came first and had a huge SEO on Google before there was a hostile takeover. This lead to a hardfork which split the community.

Most of the community shifted to Hive.
Splinterlands was once known as Steem Monsters and shift to Hive exclusively too.

I have accounts on both but I am locked out of Steem and I refuse to jump through hops to get back what was stolen from me.

There are plenty of advertising campaigns and community activities and sponsorships from the Hive community.

It will take a while for Hive to generate a good SEO on Google again, possibly years.

But trust always takes time.

You are correct, we need to show more proof of concept, usecase and that requires showing that we can make a decent living with Hive.
