This is not a vegetable, it's a houseplant🤣I bought it for our wedding anniversary in the spring, but it died shortly thereafter. I left it alone for a few months and it sprouted new shoots☺

It seems to be a plant that dies in the summer and revives in the fall. I don't know if you remember, but that's the one I posted a picture of on the thread earlier☺☺↓
