Yes it is, surprisingly the random number generator picks numbers all over the ticket list, so the early joiners with small numbers of tickets still win each week. I don’t understand the math but while simply having a lot of tickets does increase your chance of winning, but also consistently purchasing tickets so your name is interspersed is a good strategy too.
