Splinterlands - Season Seven (1 August) - Slow progress, disappointing rewards

Boy these seasons come and go quickly - when they start you the rewards seem an age away, next thing you know you've picked them up and started all over again.

From daily quests my most exciting rewards were the legendary "Robo Dragon Knight" and a 1700 DEC drop!! The Knight has an almighty large 11 mana cost but is magic resistant, has a divine shield and 8 shields/9 life to boot. Should be a great tank for running dragons with. Other than that I got a few repeat cards (nothing of interest) and a drip of DEC and just one (legendary) potion.

At the end of the season I was now at Bronze I (courtesy of a few rentals to boost my power) - my current limit - with a reward of nine loot chests

2 x Legendary Potions
2 x Alchemy Potions
Chain Spinner (a repeat)
Sandworm (a repeat)
Harvester (another repeat)

To me the rewards from the season felt a bit disappointing but I guess it's better than nothing. Not sure whether to keep/sell/combine the cards - I'll have to give that some thought as I have a few duplicates now

Season Seven summary:

Increase in rank - to Bronze I - thanks to renting a few cards.
Card Power now 8450 - a fairly big move but mostly thanks to rentals - I wonder if there is a way to see your owned power vs your rental power?
And that about sums it up - slow growth but better than no growth I guess!
