Afternoon everyone.....
In the last couple days, I feel like the clock was running backwards. Maybe it was just a dream? Maybe I was in a time machine?
NAH....
But just like the old days on Steemit our crazy Canadian pirate has gone buck wild again. You just can’t keep a quality pirate down for long.
If you don’t know who I’m talking about, then you missed a lot of quality content, and mostly a lot of shenanigans.
Back in the old days we were a pretty tight knit group. We did a lot of outlandish things to and for each other. We all gained some knowledge in areas of others talents. We had some amazing Monster Raffles, that kicked the entire block chains ass.
Then it all fell apart.....
Yeah, there are still some fantastic hardcore members that didn’t go anywhere. You know who you all are. There was some animosity between a few that probably didn’t help the matter any.
All and all we are still bonded by blood, well actually silver and gold.
In the last week this pirate has reached out to me quite often. We had a few one up the other guy things that were quite crazy. Well we’ve been wheelin and dealin the last few days and that’s how this package ended up in my mailbox today.
In case you still haven’t figured out who this pirate is.... it’s @thedamus.
He’s back from hibernation and been kicking ass again.
A week or so ago he posted a pair of these gorgeous 250 gram bars from The East India Company of London. See these bars have a awesome flagship on them and I’m a HUGE fan of any coin, round or bar with ships on them.
I made a comment on his post about being jealous of not having one. Then just the other day he sent me a DM asking if I still wanted one he could get his hands on it. Hell yes was my answer.
So we worked out a few wheels and deals and BAM....I get this package today.
Now there’s a mighty fine package heading north, but not all the items that need to be in it have arrived yet. So you’ll just have to follow along.
So here is that gorgeous bar....
All mint sealed just gorgeous....
But just like the true Asskicker that he is, there was more....
A pair of 2021 Valiant coins as well....
This brings back the old times...

I love the Ship Reverse.
The ship looks too small to be the EIC Admiral Gerdner which was a huge 500 ton ship. The one represented in this bar appears a smaller type more suited for exploration that trade and cargo.
I got to get one to find out!
